During the lockdown I have been drawing quite alot, these are my most recent ones:

What did you find difficult?

the part I found difficult was drawing the Kazekage Symbol on Gaara's forehead.

What could I do next time?

I could add more shading and possibly colour them in.

Marshmallows

 W.A.L.T. Create and write a blog post about something fun you have done outside this lockdown.

On Tuesday my family made roasted marshmallows. First my siblings and I found some sticks while the fire was getting made, then mum gave us marshmallows and we put them over the fire! But then something big sad happened : My brothers first marshmallow fell off 😭. 

Why was it fun? 

Because marshmallows are fun to roast.

What would you do differently next time to improve this activity?

I would get two sticks and tape them together.

How to make tasty chocolate chip cookies!

Prep time :  approx 15 minutes 

Cooking time : 10 minutes 

Serves: 15

Ingredients:

100g butter

1/2 a cup of white sugar

1/2 a cup of soft brown sugar

1 egg

1 tsp of vanilla essence 

1 & 1/2 cups of standard grade flour

pinch of salt

1/2 a tsp of baking powder 

1 cup of chocolate chips 

Method: 

Preheat oven to 180°C bake and grease or line a large baking tray with baking paper.

Melt The Butter, then add your White Sugar and Soft Brown Sugar and cream these together. Beat in the eggs and vanilla then use a spoon or spatula to mix in the dry ingredients.

Roll into medium sized balls and place on prepared trays. They shouldn't spread too much so flatten slightly. Bake for 10-12 minutes, until lightly browned around the edges.

Leave to cool on trays for a couple of minutes, before transferring to a wire cooling rack.

Then you can enjoy!

In my spare time I like hanging out with Kylah, Arie and Mia. As you can see we take some pretty weird photos but at least they show what our personality is like

When was the power station first opened?

fed by the Monowai River from Lake Monowai in Southland.

How much  energy does Monowai produce?

The plant produced 35–40 gigawatt hours of electricity per year.
